Red Wine:
YOUNG
Grape Varieties: 70% Monastrell, 30% Syrah.
Winemaking:
The fermentation is in contact with the grape skins controlled temperature not passing 28ºC for 10/15 days depending on the grape varieties. Blending happened after the fermentation.
Harvest:
Handpicked at the ideal moment for each grape variety.
Tasting notes:
Colour: Red purple with an intense violet rim.
Aroma: Clean, fragrant, fruity, intense smells of red and black fruits, powerful and very enjoyable.
Palate: Big, smooth and warming, very fruity and well balanced acids. Mature tannins.
Food Pairing:
Roast sirloin steak, stewed meat, roast chicken, rice dishes, stews, vegetables and goat cured and semi cured cheese.
Serving Temperature:
14ºC/18ºC
