ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

Bodegas Luzon is committed to accomplishing the effective management of its industrial activities while respecting the environment. In order to achieve it, the company will develop and implement an environmental management system according to the ISO14001:2004 norm.

The main objective of our business is to manufacture its products with quality and a strict respect for the environment.

This commitment is based on the following pillars:

- Compliance with all environmental laws, as well as any other voluntary environmental commitment adquired by the company, in the realm of the wine industry.

- Revision of our procedures on a regular basis to ensure continuous improvement of processes, products and services, with focus on reducing pollution and minimizing any environmental impact of our activities.

- Establishment of training and awareness programs in order to ensure that our employees, as well as relevant contractors and subcontractors, are informed and understand our obligations and objectives from the standpoint of this environmental policy.

- Making public our commitment to this environmental policy.

- Management commitment to provide all resources necessary to achieve the objectives of this policy.

QUALITY POLICY

Our Quality Policy is based on a system of CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT that can be summarized in the following key points:

1) To direct all our actions towards our clients, who are the real architects of our management and continual improvement system, fulfilling their expectations and satisfying their demands for Quality and Service.

2) To comply with all current legislation and the requirements of our clients, with special focus on all aspects related to Food Security.

3) To increase the effectiveness and efficiency of our processes. We must optimize the company resources, so every employee must take responsibility for the conservation, protection and maintenance of the equipment that have been entrusted to carry out their duties.

4) To maintain a healthy work environment. All employees must foster a safe working environment, reporting and solving any unsafe practices or conditions.
