Grape Varieties: Monastrell and Cabernet Sauvignon
Winemaking:
Fermentation: Grapes varieties are kept, by separate, at temperatures not passing 28/30º. Maceration: Was kept for a period of 20/30 days until obtaining the best balanced between the different varieties.
Ageing:
12 months in French and American Oak barrel. After that, wine is bottled and keptat least for 12 months.
Tasting notes:
Colour: Intense red cherry colour with a terracotta tones at the border.its crianza in noble wood.
Aroma: Ripe red fruit aromas and toasted aromas from of its crianza in noble wood.
Palate: Flavourful to the palate with a velvety, silky, ong and persistent aftertaste.A highly expressive and aromatically complex wine.
Food Pairing:
Steak with mushrooms, hare, partridge, leg of kid, lamb, smoked meats, stews and rice with meat, fish like hake, salmon, cod and tuna, smoked meats, eggplant with parmesan cheese, blue cheeses and cured cheeses
