• Vineyard: Wine produced under organic regulations established in European Union norm with grapes grown from organic agriculture.
Wine Making: • Fermentation: temperature between 24 and 26 ºc.
• Maceration: was kept for a period of 10/15 days.

Tasting Notes: • Colour: Red cherry colour with a violet rim
• Aroma: Mature red fruit with touches of nuts.
• Palate: Meaty, great fruitiness, ample and well-structured and balanced.
Alcohol 13.5%vol.
