Grape Varieties: Monastrell, and Cabernet Sauvignon
Winemaking:
Fermentation: Grape varieties are kept separate at tempeature between 26/28ºC. Maceration: Was kept for a period of 10/15 days.
Tasting notes:
Colour: Red Garnet Cherry colour.
Aroma: Fruity, liquorice, a touch of red mature fruit.
Palate: Sweet and fresh, well balanced, round with long finish, red fruits with a touch
of nuts
Food Pairing:
Roast sirloin steak, stewed meat, roast chicken, rice dishes, stews, vegetables and goat cured and semi cured cheese.
Serving Temperature:
14ºC/16ºC
