Wine Making: • Fermentation: Grape varieties are kept, by separate, at temperatures not passing 28/30º C.
• Maceration: was kept for a period of 20/30 days until obtaining the best balance between the different varieties.
Ageing: 6/9 months in French and American Oak barrel. After that, wine is kept bottled at least for 5 months.
Tasting Notes: • Colour: Red Cherry.
• Aroma: Red fruits with balsamic notes.
• Palate: sweet, well balance, black fruits, with notes of coffee, nuts and spices that one would expect from its contact with the oak in the barrels, sweet, meaty and, good length with toasted notes.
Alcohol 13,5 %
