Wine Making: • Fermentation: Grape varieties are kept separate at temperature between 28/30ºC.
• Maceration: was kept for a period of 20/30 days.
Ageing: 24 months in French and American Oak barrel. After that, wine is bottled and kept at least for 24 months.
Tasting Notes: • Colour: Red cherry with maroon rim.
• Aroma: Rich in rape fruit with the characteristic aroma of its ageing in noble wood, elegant and powerful.
• Palate: meaty, tasty, and balanced, with toasted notes from its time in barrel and notes of mature fruit, sweet and rich tannins with an elegant finish.
Alcohol 13,5 % vol.
