Winemaking:
Fermentation controlled temperature between 14/18º c for 25 days maceration in contact whit skins for 4 to 8 hours.
Food Pairing:
Blue fishes (sardines, bonito, tuna, horse mackerel light pasta, paellas and rices wiht meat, vegetable stews, pork and chiken.
