Grape Varieties:
100% Monastrell
Winemaking:
Fermentation of part of sugars the temperature not passing the 24ºC.
Ageing:
8 months in 50% French and 50% American oak barrels.
Tasting notes:
Colour: Cherry Red colour with a shiny ruby rim.
Aroma: Intense nose, mature red fruit, blackberry, blueberries, fine hints spices from the oak.
Palate: Ample, complex with spices, pepper, clove a jammy sweetness and richeess, well structured and balanced with great length in mouth.
 
Food Pairing:
Toast of foie, blue cheeses, chocolate and hazelnut pudding, cinnamon and coffe cakes, vanilla and chocolate cakes, jams, nuts and dried fruits.
 
Serving Temperature 8ºC/10ºC
