Wine Making:
• Fermentation: In contact with the grape skins controlled temperature not passing 28ºc for 10/15 days depending on the varieties. Blending happened after the fermentation.
Tasting Notes:
• Colour: Deep red purple with a violet rim.
• Aroma: Clean, fragrant, fruity, intense smells of red fruits, powerful and very enjoyable.
• Palate : Big, smooth and warming, very fruity and well balanced acids, mature tannins.
