Winemaking:
The fermentation and the later maceration pass between 24/26 bc for a period of the 15 days.
Ageing:
4 months French and American oak barrels.
Tasting notes:
Colour: Red garnet cherry colour.
Aroma: Fine sweet aroma of nuts, red fruits with hints of roasted coffee.
Palate: One first notes on the palate a smooth sweetness well balanced, juicy with notes of coffee, nuts and cacao that one would expect from its contact withthe oak in the barrels.
 
Food Pairing:
Meat stews, braised or grilled meats, chicken or rabbit with sauce, partridge, grilled vegetables, rice, white and blue fishes, goat soft and half cured cheeses.
 
Serving Temperature 14ºC/18ºC
