Grape Varieties:
Monastrell, Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon
Winemaking:
Fermentation: Grapes varieties are kept, by separate, at temperatures not passing 28/30º. Maceration: Was kept for a period of 20/30 days.
Ageing:
24 months in French and American Oak barrel. After that, wine is bottled and kept at least for 24 months.
 
Tasting notes:
Colour: Red cherry with maroon rim.
Aroma: Rich in rape fruit with the characteristic aroma of its ageing in noble wood elegant
and powerful.
Palate: Meaty, tasty, and balanced, with toasted notes from its time in barrel and notes
of mature fruit, sweet and rich tannins with an elegant finish.
 
Food Pairing:
Steak with mushrooms, hare, partridge, leg of kid, lamb, smoked meats, stews and rice with meat, fish like hake, salmon, cod and tuna, smoked meats, eggplant with parmesan cheese, blue cheeses and cured cheeses
